Needed xrays on my knee. The radiologists could explain things a little bit better. I thought that if I was elderly, hard of hearing, nervous, that I would not understood what she was telling me to do. Should always assume the patient has never had an xray before and doesn't understand the process.

Usually doctors are very professional and nice except this time . I think he's little too rough wasn't nice enough. He needs to be little bit nice and listen to them . Fur sure I am not going back to him again. Again it's my opinion. Thank you

Very positive experience. The only thing I found odd was the fact only one area could be examined per visit. For example, both knee and elbow pain but only knee X-Rayed during this visit. That necessitated another appointment.
