Dr. Gonzalez has a great bed side manner. Did not rush the visit. Spent the time to understand the issue and explain to me the solutions very clearly. He was able to perform the procedure at that visit and I had immediate relief. He assistant also sat with me before to fully document and understand my issue.

As I said Dr Gonzalez is a good doctor but under too many time constraints and a need to keep patients moving through what feels like a medical mill. It's not his fault. He does what he can under institutional circumstances. And given the constraints he does a good job.

I love him as my doctor his knowledge you couldn’t buy and his brain and he’s excellent at explaining to me as an older person being 67. I don’t understand a lot of it but I understand. Dr. Gonzalez and I’m happy to pay. His team around him is phenomenal. He’s never late for an appointment and you are treated with the utmost of respect.

Dr Gonzalez was very kind. He spoke clearly & explained everything thoroughly. This was my first appointment with him, altho I have been seen by other doctors at Holy Cross, years prior. He answered all questions & shared detailed info on the results of the X-rays. I was extremely pleased. Thank you to the doctor and staff. Sonia, who did the o take & Maria, who staged the X-rays were terrific too!

This was my first visit with Dr. Gonzalez and this practice. Dr. Gonzalez was extra thorough in asking me questions about my situation in order to get a full understanding. He was generous with his examination, time and communication about next steps. I had a great experience overall.

The doctor was top notch and a credit to his profession. While that was the first time I had seen them at Trinity Health, I felt cared for like a friend who had known him for many years. He was calm and informative when it came to my shoulder issue and I appreciate he took his time to assuage my concerns.
