I simply need an ADHD test/evaluation and this intake process was not specifically for that at all. I did not come in requesting assistance in other aspects of my life. I feel like my time is being wasted.

It was a stressful screening but they were very kind from check in until dismissal. I appreciate the thoroughness of the screening.

No treatment was provided after waiting several months for an appointment and taking hours if my work day. No one cared about my anxiety or depression or concentration issues . I still can't focus at work
