It can be very depressing to find out that one not only has prostate cancer, but also that the cancer has spread outside the prostate. The Dr communicated this information in a very straight forward way, and didn’t try to sugar coat the bad news. I appreciated hearing the facts, even though it was very frightening.

I was left feeling any aggressive care was a greater threat to my health so PSA blood tests would make no difference in his care.
