It appears Lab personnel all went to lunch at 12 noon, as a result, I spent entirely too long awaiting the results. This lead to a very long day. In my opinion, this could have been avoided and should have. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Dr. Bergman and the Mohs Dermatology Clinic are amazing!
They are all very professional and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
I would like to give a shoutout to the helpful clinic staff on my first visit: Dr. Bergman, Angela [ ], NP, Collin [ ], (Resident?), Evan [ ], and Dasia [ ].
On my second visit with Dr. Bergman, I failed to remember the names of everyone who assisted me, but they are all truly amazing! I am grateful that I was able to be in such great care!

Dr. Bergman's calm demeanor is a big help when facing surgery to remove a cancerous lesion. He explains every step of the process including follow-up care. The nursing and other staff members were also supportive. They frequently checked on me in the procedure room while I awaited the results of the MOHS procedure. They delivered good postprocedure care and explained my at home incision care to me. I DO recommend Dr. Bergmans team to friends facing a skin cancer diagnosis!

Always on time for scheduled appointments. Dr Bergman takes all time one expects to explain the processes. This is an exceptionally well run clinic.

Dr. Bergman and his supporting staff were awesome on [ ] to surgically remove two squamous carcinoma's by MOHS method. Personable. Careful. Explained carefully. Minimized discomfort and pain wonderfully. Far surpassed my expectations and alleviated my apprehensions. WOW! Totally happy with procedure to help me back to full health.

Everything went well and the staff was very friendly. The workload backed up a bit so there was a wait, but that’s expected most places these days. The reason for a 9 vs a 10 on recommendations is that in general I don’t make recommendations about anything unless asked specifically; and also medical care is a private matter and also is impacted by insurance and what it dictates in network, etc. So I can’t hardly imagine the person or scenario that would be a party to my recommendation. I have a few close friends and almost no family.

You know just talk to the Dr or the nurse about that. Dr Bergman is the best. When it was 15 minutes past my appointment I went up front to tell them because the signs told me to. I was told those signs didn't pertain to surgery pts.

It would've been nice to know that they were way behind on their schedule. There was an emergency in the parking deck that made it impossible for their early-morning patients to get to the clinic. This got them to be backed up. I didn't know this, and I had to wait for about an hour in the exam room. I had to go to the bathroom and I was afraid to leave or ask.
