Dr Tazbaz is so upbeat and pleasant. He makes the day brighter, while caring for my medical needs. I had some questions and concerns about the future of my lungs because I will be starting treatment for breast cancer soon, and he addressed those concerns and showed compassion towards me.

I have a difficult time trying to discuss concerns or ask questions of Dr. Tazbaz. I feel frustrated when I leave the office because I cannot seem to communicate with him. When I asked if he received my message on MYChart about my visit to Total Access Urgent Care, he said that he did not and that he needed someone to show him how to use MYChart. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and pleurisy about two weeks prior to my scheduled office visit. I do not feel he is the pulmonary doctor for me. I am looking to find a new SSM pulmonologist. Dr. Tazbaz seems very nice, but I have had trouble communicating with him from the beginning, continued seeing him because I thought I would get better at communicating with him. Instead, I continue to be frustrated. I even thought my issue was because I am an 82 year old female. But I am an active individual who takes care of myself and works to keep in the best health and shape I can. I am very independent and feel I am being talked down too/treated as if what I have to say does not matter because I am old. This is my perception and I am in no way saying that the doctor talks down to me, it is how I feel. Thank you

Dr. Tazbaz is a listener, critical thinker, and communicator. his clinical skills allowed sound differential diagnosis, his judgment and experience developed a good plan of care. communication excellent--updated me on tests done, and outlined dates for follow up future testing and follow back
