In 2022, my physician of 15 years suddenly retired. This fact was compounded by a health scare. I felt lost. I tried two other doctors before I found Dr. O'Neill. She and her staff are professional, caring, take time to listen to your concerns and are knowledgeable. I never have to wait long to see her. Dr. O'Neill is open and prompt to discuss my lab results. She does leave comments via email, if I have a question. I am a very punctual person by nature. Once I did make a virtual appointment and was late. I immediately called the front desk and Dr. O'Neill was kind enough to wait for me to join the 7:30a meeting. That said a lot to me as a new patient. Every time I visit her office, I feel my decision to make her my Primary Care Physican is affirmed.

During my visit my conversation with Dr. O'Neill covered several topics. I was surprised that she remembered details of my non-medical history that were negatively impacting my stress and overall health. It was nice that she mentioned these details.

Working with Dr. O'Neill has been great. She listens carefully, gives good advice, affirms my experience, and is very approachable and down to earth. There arent really any treatments for my chronic illness and she is very up-front about that, and works with me to maintain the greatest quality of life.

My primary care doctor seems to be absolutely perfect. She always accurately diagnoses my illness, prescribes medication, and hands me over to the right specialist hospital for specialized things like floaters, tinnitus, or bone fractures.
