I did have to clarify a desired treatment, which Dr. Karlsburg had initially misunderstood, but she was able to hear and correct the misunderstanding because of the time she took. I appreciated that.

I appreciate how she interprets test results. For instance, my TSH levels are important to me, because they directly impact how I feel on a daily basis. I historically fall in range (once I was out of range and it was determined that I should request the name brand Synthroid and not accept generics). Dr. K indicated that although I fall in the range, she prefers to get TSH numbers at a specific lower range. That she is willing to tweek the dosage to get in that range is appreciated. My past four providers were good to go with the established range and looked to explain fatigue, etc... due to diet and exercise (vegetarian and ease up on exercise routine).
