Dr. Karlsberg and her team managed to squeeze me in for a short procedure when otherwise I would've been waiting months. Also, she listened to my concerns about my wife's treatment elsewhere in St. Al's and took steps to help, above and beyond the call of duty, as we in the military say. My wife and I REALLY APPRECIATE her help! I can't emphasize that enough!

Dana is tops. She is an attentive listener and responds quickly to any of my concerns by addressing them personally or making a prompt referral. She shows compassion and the advice she has given me always seems appropriate and works in my best interest when I follow it. Her kin but firm manner motivates me to work with her in my healthcare.

I trust Dana with my healthcare and highly recommend her to others. She is a good listener, she familiarizes herself with what is going on in your life by reading notes of conditions and treatments from other doctors before your visit with her. She converses with those doctors so as to provide you the best care possible. Thank you Dana. Her nurse assistant is awesome also. They seem to work well together. Wonderful team.

She answers all my questions and does not make me feel rushed. I have confidence in her medical judgement. She is a doctor that really cares about her patients. I like the fact that if she does not know something, then she will research the answer. You will hear from her in a timely manner with her answer and any further instructions. I could not be happier with my doctor.

I always enjoy my in-person visits with Dr. Karlsberg. She is thorough, friendly and professional.She always explains medical conditions in easily-understandable terms. She also mentions alternative treatments and explains the differences between similar medications. Her follow-up reports and recommendations are completed in a timely manner. I appreciate Dr. Karlsberg’s service and concern in addressing my health issues! The time it takes me to read My Chart results leaves me very grateful to the dedication of Dr Karlsberg! I cannot imagine the amount of work my Doctor must spend in deciphering her many patients health issues. And Dr. Karlsberg has never made me feel as if my appointments were intrusive of her time.

I truly appreciate the time Dr. Karlsberg allots to her appointments. It’s clear she cares about her patients and wants to find resolution. This is unlike my previous experience where it was clear the physician was trying to see a certain number of patients per hour and basically kicked you out of your appointment.

If I ever move I would take Dana with me. She like Drew is thorough. I can tell she has read my tests and other doctors recommendations. She is always well informed about my trip to IC or Er. When needed she is prompt in making the necessary referrals. She has excellent communication skills and takes a personal interest in the whole person. She takes her time and makes sure you feel you needs have been met.
