Nurse Patricia was very nice and very competent. Meeting her for the first time was a pleasure, and I feel comfortable seeing her. She explained my blood test results and answered any questions I had.

I waited an hour to see her. I was getting worried that they forgot about me in that room. My appointment was at 3,10. I left at 5,15. I hope this is not the way it goes all the time .
