She was absolutely wonderful! She explained things well to both myself as well as my child who was the patient. I felt like she really listened to our concerns and came up with an appropriate action plan. She had wonderful bedside manner and although it was our first visit made us feel like we'd known her for awhile. It's hard to find providers that connect with patients sometimes so that was great!

She is perfect person for pediatric patients!! She saw that my daughter was extremely nervous about needing surgery and she sat next to her and explained everything to her at a kid level that she walked away feeling confident about surgery

I think she had her mind made up before she every came in the room that it had to do with my Gerds. I think she is completely wrong. She asked questions, but not about my sinuses.

I would recommend Dr. Emily just as fast as I would recommend Dr. Provenzano. She was super serious and very thorough. She did not make my 8yo son nervous though. She has a motherly instinct. She used words he could understand

Just as above! She was very personable and listened to us. She explained what she was doing with my son before she did it so he knew what was going to happen. My son did amazing for her and he's not one to sit on the "big chair" let alone lay down so she can poke around in his ear. Just an amazing experience!

Very informative and sweet. She was gentle with my child and made her feel comfortable before even attempting to look in her ears. She walked in with all smiles and introduced herself to my baby first ( it was her appointment) and I loved that!

Emily had an outgoing personality and was very attentive to my issues. When I asked questions she explained all my options to me regarding going forward with treatment.
