Dr. Steinmetz was great. My disappointment is with the computer system, asking me to log in when I reached the clinic. I have about 30-40 different online accounts, so I do not carry my passwords with me, nor do I use a password manager. I was very disappointed when I received the email asking me to login when I had arrived at the clinic. This is totally uncalled for, as when I arrive at the clinic, I will check-in in person.

Good care, good listener. Just want the MedOne RX refills to be addressed more promptly. They reached out 3 times in 2 weeks. I will potentially be without meds 1-3 days. It's happened a few times now.
