Very nice man and reasonably competent. Can’t say he has ever initiated any issues about my health or shown curiosity. Listens to me and takes notes but doesn’t engage in any conversation or vary from his routine. Rated this visit a five out of ten as everything was just routine and average.

Dr. Steinmetz was great. My disappointment is with the computer system, asking me to log in when I reached the clinic. I have about 30-40 different online accounts, so I do not carry my passwords with me, nor do I use a password manager. I was very disappointed when I received the email asking me to login when I had arrived at the clinic. This is totally uncalled for, as when I arrive at the clinic, I will check-in in person.
