The whole staff was just outstanding. They really anticipated and exceeded my expectation. And at the time when you're in pain, that is very, very rewarding. I appreciate that staff so very much.

I experience the kindness and caring care from staff members, which made me feel that what I was going through they wanted to help me. Especially the doctor who I met for the first time.

The staff was great. David answered all my questions. He's personable, knowledgeable, kind, and puts you at ease. I would recommend him to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.

I would not recommend this physician. The other staff was fine, but the physician, I do not want to see him again and I would not recommend anyone to him.

Dr Dalal was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say. He explained the issue with my and what he could do to correct it. Gave me a non surgical option. Would definitely recommend him to others.

All the staff were nice, which is important to people who are ill and hurting.
I met Dr. Dalal, who took time to ask many questions and listen to my answers. It was most helpful when he showed me my X-rays.

The doctor gave me a sheet with the name of the medication on it and explained to me how many hours it would take before my knees would feel back to normal or what have you. He was very good about that. That was the first time I think I had gotten at that particular place. But he gave me a sheet with everything on it and explained everything. And I thought that was well done. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I would have never come to this hospital. The thought of it would have never crossed my mind if it had not been for this doctor. That's the only reason I came up there and he is a great doctor. He spent more time with me than any other doctor I've had. He understood my psoriatic arthritis, understood the impact it had on my tendons and joints, and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen with the surgery. I am looking forward in a hesitant way about having surgery there. Again, it's not a hospital I would have chosen, but I feel comfortable being there in his care.

I feel the staff, as well as the doctor, gave me excellent care, paid attention to things I asked, and he accommodated me because I was feeling some pain, and I didn't feel the pain when he accommodated what was going. So I'm very pleased

Dr. Daila treatment of me was outstanding. He explained what was going on with my knee and gave me suggestions and options. I will recommending him to all my family and friends. The staff was also amazing and friendly.
