Everyone and I do mean everyone, front desk to nurse practitioner was Exceptional, in their manner, their friendliness, their attentiveness and their professionalism.

The only negative was being seen at 1 o'clock when we had a 12 o'clock appointment .Oh , yes, I do understand how that happens and this is not a complaint. It was the only negative of the visit.

Your wait time is far to long. The staff moved people from the waiting room to the exam room quickly but then I sat in the exam room 56 minutes before being seen.
