Yes, Cindy is great. Signage is terrible. Repeated requests for same info is annoying. Repeated need to check in is annoying.

I had a hard time getting someone to answer me, address my concerns, and get me in for an urgent medical concern. Once I finally got in, my CRNP and the team was extremely kind and helped me, but anyone I talked to over the phone prior was not as helpful which was difficult.

I did not have to wait to be called back. That is appreciated. Everyone was friendly and professional. It's dang nerve-racking going to the GYN on a good day!
