The whole appointment was a mess. Me and another patient was mixed up. I was sent to a fertility appointment while I'm 6 months pregnant . Was told 3 different things in the course of 20 minutes. Nobody ever on the same page couldn't properly check out of my appointment because front staff was gone.

The care that I have received has been incredible! I definitely recommend UAB. The only downside is that it can be hard to book appointments since they fill up so far out.

I love how prepared and aware of my chart the drs and staff seem to be. I don’t have to repeat my history every time I go to every single person. In fact they repeat it to me to confirm the info. It lets me know they've actually read my chart and took the time to remember who I was to give very intentional individualized care. I feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Paid parking when you don't maintain a parking structure feels like taking advantage of patients. All care-related apects 10/10.

Yes the nursing student did really well. Her bedside manners were on point.
