I would like to suggest receptionists to be more friendly and more welcoming to their patients and acknowledge them when people walk into the office.

I was kept waiting for 50 minutes for medication refill. Ridiculous. She filled it and told me to leave. There was a student NP present also who was clueless

The aide that I saw did a very good job. I just had to wait a long time. The staff told me, well, she's a little busy right now. And to me, 45 minutes is quite a long time.

I tried calling the office soon as my visit was over, and they were supposed to call me back. I wanted to add another prescription to what was already ordered for me, and they assured me that they would have a message given to the office and that they would call me back so that they could add another prescription, and they never called me. And I waited and waited. So I would definitely say that the office staff needs improvement.
