Dr. Cyford is a wonderful optometrist; I am a longtime patient of his and have been satisfied with his care for years. He listened to my new concerns for this appointment and thoroughly proposed and explained a solution in collaboration with my preferences. He also walked me through the process and timeline of my treatment plan, alleviating my anxiety significantly.

Dr. Stephen Cyford is a real asset to the Wilmer Eye Clinics at Johns Hopkins University. He listens closely, is able to present realistic options/alternatives for any barriers on a patient's part to obtaining optimum vision adjustments. He is compassionate in his mannerisms both verbally and non-verbally. VERY knowledgeable about his field.

Dr. Cyford performed one of the best eye exams I have had. He was thorough and took his time with me when he used the Phoroptor. He was patient while he answered my questions, friendly, yet professional. I felt I was in the most capable hands!

Dr Cyford double-checked test results because my vision had changed so much. I am to call him if I have trouble with my new prescription if I have trouble and he will cut me into his schedule.
