Everyone I interacted with were great! The check-in person was very helpful when I was confused about the correct insurance card to provide. The medical assistant was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Cuna was helpful, answered all of my questions, and was friendly. It's nice and comforting to meet with people that make you feel like you matter and they have your best interest at heart.

I guess the young lady would be the one that calls me from the back and takes me in before I see my primary. She is awesome yesterday I've learned a lot about how to handle my feelings and things by speaking with her. I thank her for having conversation with me and it was so helpful. Makes me wanna cry. I woke up this morning with a whole different way of expressing my feelings on paper and express The way I am feeling. every day on it and I started this morning. I feel great.

The nurse who did the procedure was great. I had this procedure done once before and It hurt. She didn't hurt me and you could tell that she cares.
