I would recommend Dr, Schartess Culpepper to anyone here in Miami. Dr. Culpepper is a very compassionate, caring and patient professional, She is very relatable and she makes you extremely comfortable and at ease in her presence. She is not infallible because we are all humans, but you can trust her.
