Dr. Cullen Terry is great. He takes time with his patients. He explains everything thoroughly and he explains options for treatment. The nurse fabulous. The front desk is most likely the reason this Piedmont location has 2.5 stars on Google. The attitude..."whew". I prefer not to be on MyChart because of the prevalence of identity theft in hospitals. However, I was told I wouldn't be seen without it. No problem. However, may I have a copy of the items that I am signing electronically? I asked. "No you may not". She wanted to go back and forth. There is more but I will say that there is definitely room for improvement in the customer service department. ?Geez!

As a patient with relevant medical background, I found Dr. Kelly's clinical decisions to be reasonble, well considered, and appropriate. In addition, Dr. Kelly demonstrated a professional and respectful bedside manner and was attentive to my needs and concerns.
