Prepared by father as patient is autistic. He has been under Dr. Cubero's care since August 2024 congestive heart failure diagnosis and hospitalization. Dr. Cubero has been outstanding. Always available in an emergency and for questions. Stays in constant touch via patient's daily digital weight, pulse and BP reporting.

After analyzing my ECG results, he cleared me for surgery In May. Since he was concerned about my cholesterol level, he directed that a week short of three months I should have a blood test done to learn If my LDL levels were still too high.
