I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my blood work to be done. No one else was there so I thought that was kind of long.

My last two visits I found that she wasn’t watching the clock or trying to rush me. She listened to me and came up with a plan and explained it to me. Very happy with her.

Dr Cruz is one of the best doctors I have seen in the last 85 years of my life, I don't remember going to the doctor until I was 7 years old. She actually spends time with her patients. In fact she is such a good doctor that I unloaded a bunch of problems I had , both of us missed following up on the severs pain I had, mostly in bed at night, but. since seeing her. most of that pain in gone, ANOThHER MIRICAL Doc, here is the name of the sleep medicine I have been using. It's called Revitalize NIGHT. I had some problems Tuesday night and wondered if I should try it again. I decided not too. At 1:30 AM I hadn't slept a wink, so I took two tablets pf the sleeping potion. At 3:30 I gave up and spent 2 hours on the computer, At 5:45 AM I went back to bed and woke up at 8:45, I also wanted to say this: I actually like going to your office. I find all of your staff to be most kind, facilitating and friendly towards me. When I phone your office I get the same treatment. Thank you. Tom Trimble

Dr. Cruz was very personable, a good communicator and an excellent listener. This was a new patient visit that lasted 45 minutes. Dr. Cruz wanted to insure she had a complete medical background history. I left the Doctor’s office feeling like I made the right decision in selecting this practice. A very good first experience.

Dr. Cruz is fantastic- and a real breath of fresh air compared to my previous physician. It's great feeling like you have a physician "in your corner," who makes time for genuine, two-way conversation during a visit. I also appreciate how responsive she's been via MyChart; it's been a complete game changer!

I felt guilty they spent so much time with me. They made sure they understood my goals. I am used to providers who rush through the appointment so fast I forget what I need. Dr. Cruz and her staff provided such great care that I will tell all of my friends about the great quality of care.

As I stated before, Dr. Cruz was professional and congenial. I connected with her immediately. She had obviously researched my problem and was ready to answer all my questions, explain to me the rationale for her decisions for my plan of health, and give me a short-term remedy to help me until I see the specialists she referred me to. I appreciate the fact that she spent enough time with me for us to get to know each other and enough time to convince me that she was looking after my welfare. I would highly recommend Dr. Cruz to anyone.

Only wanted to say the time I waited to be called back and then to see Dr. Cruz was longer (at least 25 min wait) than my prior and first appt with her in April. I understand some days are more busy than others, and hope this was one of those and not the norm. All staff are quite nice.
