Ms. Crouch took the time to listen to me. I have been to several doctors and have many times feel unheard and like I wasn't involved in the decision making. Ms. Crouch involved me in my care and listened to my concerns.

Dr. Crouch is a kind person & really listens to you. She is very knowledgeable as a clinician. My best friend passed away recently & I am having a difficult time. She was genuinely caring. Talking with her was really helpful. I appreciate Dr.Crouch so much. She is a light in our world & may God Bless her greatly!

Dr. Crouch is a great doctor because she greets her patients with a smile and asks how we are like she genuinely cares, listens to every single thing I want to discuss at my visits, never interrupting and keeping eye contact like she's interested, taking in every detail until I'm completely done spewing all my concerns and questions and then does the most amazing thing... She actually addresses EVERY SINGLE ONE of them, asking me questions and details to make sure she understands exactly what I'm saying so that she can respond with what she believes are the best possible answers, treatments etc! She found my Psoriatic Arthritis and Hashimoto's diseases when no other doctor would listen to me or run any tests when I suddenly started having NUMEROUS medical issues I've never experienced before that all started around the same time a few years ago, even I thought I was going crazy! But she listened, sent me for testing and to a rheumatologist and VIOLA, I got my answers!

This was the first visit with Doctor Crouch for both myself and my wife. We very much appreciated her thoroughness with questions about our previous history and also our current health. We like her. I believe she will be an excellent primary care physician.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff at BJC. compassion and respect seems to be a running theme throughout. . Dr Crouch is an amazing human being. She goes above and beyond. I never feel rushed and she will answer any questions. I feel like I am an active participant in my health care.
