Dr. Crouch is a fantastic physician. She has the best staff I have ever seen at a doctors office. Both staff cand Dr. Crouch are caring. Gone above and beyond to help me.

I highly recommend Dr Jennifer Crouch as a physician. She is knowledgeable, attentive, & answered all my questions. She makes you feel at ease, is on time for her appointments and provides thorough and thoughtful care. I’m so glad she’s my doctor!!
I was very impressed with the young nurse that did my eye exam. She explained things to me during the exam, made me feel comfortable and did a great job!

Dr. Crouch is simply awesome. I think she's the absolute best and our family will continue to keep going to see her.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
We appreciate how quickly we were seen with an issue. We feel cared for & are confident that the doctor understands my husband’s unique condition and has his best interest in mind with her every decision.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
This recent visit was a wellness visit. I have had dr.s in the past who it appeared they were just going through the motions and couldn’t wait to leave when it was just a wellness checkup. Dr crouch was very interested in my questions and gave me helpful advice. She was very thorough also.

I felt hurried that she maybe was in a hurry. I had another issue about my other shoulder I wanted to discuss with her but could not think fast enough to remember it.

Every professional I met as a walked carefully into and through the facility asked if they could help me, twice being offered a wheel chair. Excellent atmosphere from waiting rooms to exam rooms.

From the time you walk in you can see everyone is happy and very friendly. From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor

Doctor Crouch listens and gives clear direction towards finding out what’s going on. Very friendly, knowledgeable and seems to want to help you. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed out the door. As of now, I so glad I switched my primary care doctor to her.

Dr. Crouch listened intently to my medical issues and was informative, empathetic, and caring. Even though it was the first visit with her, I feel I can be open and honest with her and trusting your dr. Is crucial. I was impressed and I am not easily impressed.

No. Nothing extraordinary. Routine. I'm not sure the staff really listens anymore. At times I fear I'm not being heard and my problems are treated as though I made them up in my head. I moved back to Missouri to have Dr Crouch as my physician because I like and respect her.

To actually hear me. I think that has been lost. I don't think my issues were taken seriously. Not a promising visit. I left frustrated.
