Dr. Jeffrey Cross is a very knowledgeable doctor. He’s very kind and patient with older patient. I was very highly impressed and I’m very pleased that I found him as a new doctor.

Dr. Cross said I should continue using the muscle relaxacer . Didn't know I didn't have a lot to continue with the medication when I was at the office so I requested more online. Have not seen anything show up.

He wasn’t just trying to quickly get me to do hip replacement surgery. Really talked and discussed thoroughly my situation. I really appreciated his thoroughness and knowledge.

Dr Cross really listened. I didn't feel rushed and that he was really caring and kind.He answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what the plan of treatment was going to be. I'm so thankful to have him as my orthopedic doctor/surgeon.

I feel I'm in good hands with Dr. Cross. He's friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The first time I met Dr. Cross, I went to him for my arthritis in my left knee and hip. I was so impressed that he immediately spotted something wrong with my right hip from the x-rays. I had the right hip replaced in 2018 by another surgeon. It's been very painful every since the surgery. I've been back to that surgeon numerous times as well as 3 others hoping someone could help me. Dr. Cross immediately could see the cup was lose and even showed me on the X-Ray. That surgery is next.

Good thorough visit. First time I’ve meant him and he is off to being a great physician. I’m 84 and the new ones always look so young but he was excellent in covering my situationI’d certainly ask for him if further help is needed
