From the first time I met Dr. Carpenter, he has lived up to what I was told about him. He has never pushed me to do something, just provided information and let me make my own decisions about how to proceed. He has been honest and upfront about what I should expect going forward.

I feel very grateful for Dr Carpenter and his team. They are skilled and professional. I was satisfied from the first phone call to make an appointment until the last check to be certain I had recovered well from hip surgery. I felt like well cared for as a person / patient.

Dr. Carpenter is the best! Calling me himself on the day after Christmas was awesome. He is highly knowledgeable and respected by everyone. It was great to hear that all of the Brighton Surgery Center staff, including the Anesthesiologist, that I spoke with either had Dr. Carpenter perform their (or their spouse's) surgery. What better recommendation can you get than that!

I have had one hip replacement and will be getting another. There is not another Dr in the area I would trust as much as Dr Carpenter. His staff is great and I have never had to wait any abnormal amount of time for any visit. The staff is quick with any call back situations. They work together as a great team.

Dr. Carpenter was referred to me by someone in the medical field familiar with him and his work. Called him the best. I’d been to a different doctor previously for my knees. After this appointment, it’s Dr. Carpenter from now on, even driving an hour to see him. He not only explained everything clearly, he took all the time I needed, and answered all of my questions. He gave me options available to me BEFORE I ever need surgery.

Dr. Carpenter was referred to me by someone familiar with his work and said he was the best. I agree. He explained in detail the condition of my knees, and that at this point, no surgery is necessary, nor even close to requiring it. The person who referred him is right. He’s the best. And, I have seen another doctor for my knees in the past. It’s only Dr. Carpenter from now on.
