I know Dr Carpenter is very busy; I appreciate that I can make an appointment with him when I need to. Otherwise, Jana does my injections, and is very compassionate and answers my questions.

Dr. Carpenter comes in knowing about me, what I have had done and what I have been through. He expresses a concern and interest in how I am doing now. He actually exams not only any current concerns but checks out to see how the past “repairs” are doing. He takes time to answer questions and makes sure everything is covered before I leave. There has been many times I have been talking to “strangers” in a grocery store or any place and we start talking about knee or hip replacements and Dr. Carpenter’s name will come up. He is well known far and wide for his skill in fixing his patients and his compassion he has for his patients.

I will be having a third surg. by this provider and I have had no problems at all, I worked 20 years in a medical office where we had between 10 to 17 providers working so I do know a good office when I see one and this is one of the best.
