From start to finish this was a great experience. I had never been to this location. Each one of those encounters so friendly, helpful and an overall positive experience. From the staff to the visit with Kayla. It was pleasant all the way around.

There was nothing to improve, it went swimmingly well.

I was apprehensive and nervous about my upcoming double knee replacement. She shared her story with me and gave me good advice to aid with my recovery. I REALLY appreciate her advice and confidence in my medical journey. I felt very heard and left with more information.

Kayla was very compassionate and sincerely listened to my issues. She did not make me feel as if she was just trying to check off a box. Her approach to patient care was excellent.

NP Kayla Craig treated me with a caring and understanding attitude of my situation.As well as informative about my concerns with different medications and instructions on how to take it, and possible side effects.
