What else would you like to say about your experience?
This was my first time seeing Kayla Craig. She listened with intention to a terribly complex series of events leading to multiple domino affects and downstream symptoms over a two-month period. After she quickly narrowed in on the most prominent issue she provided a detailed treatment plan as well as thorough evaluation opportunities to ensure no further complications were occurring. I had been in contact with two other doctors, sent multiple communications via messages to providers and no one was able to provide any support or they just downright told me it wasn’t in their area of expertise (despite it actually being so). It is challenging to find healthcare providers who want to help when you have someone like me with 4-years of odd, overlapping, and mysterious diagnosis. I get written off as a hypochondriac or someone with anxiety or depression (neither of which I have). To be taken seriously, listened to, and understood meant a lot. Her bedside manner was real, personable, which was a nice change. I greatly appreciate how Mrs. Craig was able to relate with me and did not make assumptions.

Neede an appointment to obtain a script for a new cpap machine, also had some other questions. Very litwait time, well organized and helpful.

From when I walked in through the front door, I felt acknowledged and went real smooth.The waiting wasn't long. And when I went in the back, it was the same thing. And everything went really smooth. I recommend this facility all the time to people.

This was a wonderful experience. My PCP was unable to see me but Kayla, who works with my PCP, was able to examine me. She, her RMA, receptionist were all so kind and courteous. This was such a seamless transaction. They provided excellent care!

I can’t say enough nice things about you. The staff and the doctors are all top-notch around here. It would be nice if everyone acted like Dr Harms and his staff.

Staff did a great job getting me an appointment, as well as listening to me, and giving me good feedback on what was going on with me, and how I've been doing on the medicine that has been prescribed. Thank you so much.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kayla. She is pleasant, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and extremely proficient. I feel very heard and attentively cared for when I see her. I would recommend her highly to my family and friends.
