I was told that both the Doctor and PA wanted to be at my appt which caused serious scheduling issues when I tried to change the date three weeks before it was scheduled so that I could take part in Grandparents day with my grandkids. (Limited days to schedule both)If I would have changed my appt, it would have been delayed for more than a month. The appt was to take me off one of my meds so I couldn’t change it. When I showed up, only one of them was in the building. Poor poor communication amongst staff.
