He is an excellent communicator. While the other providers were pleasant and seemed competent enough, it was like pulling teeth to get any information about my condition from them. I would only recommend Iowa Heart if they had Craig Hoffman as a provider. Otherwise I would tell them to go elsewhere.

He explains your tests results so you can understand them. He makes me feel very comfortable and not rushed to get to other patients until all questions are answered and he has finished instructions.

Dr. Hoffman is very thorough in explaining an issue with my echocardiogram. He recommends to check it in one more year. Overall, vitals were pretty good !

Office visits are great. Calling and trying to get questions answered is a nightmare. Very, very frustrating when calling and trying to get ahold of someone. Most the time I leave a message and no one returns my call.
