I like Dr. Gertner, and appreciate the fact that he has given me his time, knowledge and patience so that it has allowed me to have a genuine relationship with him. This is important to me because I need him to know who I am and how me and my body operates. It gives me confidence that when I tell him something, I will feel heard and like a person whose opinion is respected and valued.

This was my first visit. Dr. Gertner was very polite and professional. He asked questions, and listened to what I had to say. I felt he was very attentive and I never felt rushed during my entire visit.

I'm used to my previous doctor being more hands on, looking at my eyes, checking ears and nose, checking for hernia, digital prostate exam, etc. Dr. Gartner does none of these, but I feel he is more in tune to my overall health.
