Every person with which I had contact, were outstanding. I saw the doctor an hour and forty five minutes after my appointment time because I didn’t get scheduled correctly six months earlier!

Dr Elmets knows what’s he’s doing. But he runs late on every visit. It was an hour after appointment time he saw me this visit and the visit before was much of the same. And these aren’t the only times that this has happened. I will be seeking a new doctor.

This is not my first appointment with Whitaker Dermatology. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. My doctor is just simply wonderful and every resident or other doctor I have received treatment from is just outstanding.

front desk was nice as well as the nurse. the dr did not listen to what i had to say. came in for a skin allergy test and left without one. after explaining to him how frustrated i was people weren’t listening to me, he continued to not listen to me. i expressed i did not want to be on such a high dose of medication and he suggested a high dose of mediciation. overall terrible experience

I did not park my vehicle myself.
I used the valet service which did a good job.
I just them now because it was so difficult to park it myself in the parking deck.

Straight forward. I prefer that. I did not have to wait a long time, I am used to waiting a long time at doctor's offices so it was nice to not to have to wait along time. Friendly staff, easy to get checked in and out.

While the team was incredibly busy and my appointment ran late they gave me snacks while I was waiting in the waiting room and kept me informed of the delay from the time I came back until the time I left. They were all working very hard to get everyone taken care of.

The doctor was very polite, listened to what I was saying, and answered. He took my opinion about the medicine I was using for treatment, which he prescribed. I was happy with the treatment.

I wasn't called back to a room until an hour after my scheduled appointment. When I inquired about verification of sign in at the front desk, I was told that the Provider was possibly behind in seeing the patients.

All the staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Elmets makes sure that my health is the top priority, and has found melanoma in the early stages on a few occasions now so it can be removed and tested for any spreading. His mole mapping has been a life saver to me!

Ease of parking. Easy checkin. NO WAITING. Was called back before my appt time!! Was seen immediately. Little wait for the Doctor who put an immediate treatment plan into action & scheduled testing himself. Soo impressive!!

I guess the only thing that I didn’t like was, I waited in the exam room, in a gown for over 1 hour before anyone came in the room. It got extremely quiet, I guess during their lunch break. Finally, I heard someone say, did you ever see the patient in room #3? Afterwards, a young doctor entered my room and was very apologetic for making me wait so long. At that time, I was deciding whether or not to leave.
