I've suffered with hives for a year. I've been to 3 other dermatologist for treatment. I started the new meds last night that were prescribed yesterday and woke this morning with relief! I'm extremely happy with my progress so far. God bless you all.

I have been treated by Dr Elmets and his staff for several years now. Their professionalism, and kindness are always present. His mole mapping MA, Lauren is very friendly and we even have a continuous dialog about traveling!

Love Dr. Elmets! I hope someone is being trained to continue the mapping when he decides to retires. This is so important to those of us who have had multiple skin cancers.
Axe the woke questions. They do not add value and are a waste of time for the patients and staff members.

Staff follow-up after provider see patient. After receiving the plan of care from the provider, I waited 15 minutes and finally open the door to ask if my visit was completed. I observed staff on their phone who communicated "Has the doctor been in to see you?". Closing the loop on the visit would be a recommendation.

BEST experience!!!!! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!! I would highly recommend Whitaker Dermatology at UAB.
Even the guy in the parking lot was extremely nice and helpful. He told us where the nearest hotels were and
where we could get COFFEE so early in the morning. 😊
