Mr. Kilroy-Sikkema is the first PA I've encountered who was both pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing. Seriously, he was great. He was cheerful, very good at establishing a personal connection, he listened and he explained. He went over my long history with osteoporosis and I left actually feeling as if it was worthwhile to continue treatment.

I became frustrated in the waiting room after checking in. I received a message on my phone about checking in on line so the staff would know I was there. I couldn’t get into my chart because I didn’t have my password. Being close to tears, fearing that I would sit all day waiting,I had to go back to the reception desk to ask about if the system knew I was there. I arrived early and was the first person sitting in the area that the receptionist said I would be called from. About eight people that arrived after me were called. I had an 8:05 appointment. I thought an early appointment would mean there wouldn’t be many patients before me. I was called in at 8:20.
Craig Kilroy-Sikkema put me at ease as soon as he entered the room. His smile and out reached hand to greet me warmed my heart.

In today’s challenging environment of providing patient health care, Craig manages to provide effective patient care, in an efficient manner, while still making you feel like he’s treating you with the same care he would provide a family member.

I am very glad to be a patient of Craig’s. I have been a Type 1 diabetic for 52 years and have had many different doctors over these years. Craig has actually helped me the very most to not only understand things about my diabetes but to help me control it as well. 😊
