He was professional and very knowledgeable about my diabetes and my history. He answered questions I should have known long ago. I didn't feel I was at fault, he prescribed meds and the reasons for them.

He listened to my symptoms and clarified that I was experiencing legitimate side effects of my condition. He was also kind, caring and willing to listen to me.
