Staff and Megan always make me feel important by listening, understanding and empathize with how I'm feeling. However they are very good at keeping me on track.

Both Megan and her nurse. I wish I remembered her name. Every one I had an encounter with was friendly and professional. Megan never makes me feel rushed. She gives me all the time I need.

Megan cox helped me control my anxiety over the visit I had. I have never had blood pressure problem but it spiked hafter that visit. She helped calm me down and gave me instructions and meds. I see her in a follow ip in couple weeks

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The NP could have helped me more, but seemed preoccupied during the visit. Did not say anything about my seasonal flu or pneumonia vaccine. I told her my entire body is always in severe pain due to laying in a hospital bed for 5 months. She does nothing to help with this.

Megan Cox, saved my life! She followed up on a test result that other providers dismissed. I feel as Megan takes her patient care seriously. I respect her so much! She listens to patients and works towards the best possible outcome without being demeaning. She really cares!

Staff and Megan Cox are very easy to talk to and seem interested in me. I love the Edwardsville facility.

Megan has always taken time needed to explain my health issues. I never feel rushed at my appointments.

The wait time was a little long, logged into site at 8:45 and wasn’t seen until 9:30.

We love Megan and staff…we feel like they are family. We’re moving out of the area, but will continue to come back to stay with them and BJC.

I feel like Dr. Cox is extraordinary! She is the friendliest GP I’ve ever had. The medical assistants in the officer were also very friendly and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I will recommend Dr. Cox and her team to anyone I know looking for a great doctor.

Everyone at that facility is courteous and get to the bottom of the problem and give you answers and they don’t Rush you. They just are well trained and very patient friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.😊😊

Megan is an excellent PA and gets to the bottom and answers all questions and you feel like you got answers to what was really going on with my body and again thank you thank you
