Dr. Cox is very good and she let's me know if I'm slacking on my health.

She listens to my questions and gives me good responses. She also lets me know if I'm not doing well in a certain area and gives me good advice on how to fix the problem.

I’ve been seeing Dr Cox for over a year. She is easy to speak with and works with me to maintain my health.

I just really felt like she wanted to get me in and out I mean, she didn’t seem to cut corners or anything, but I just felt like she would rather be anywhere else. She was nice and she gave me the antibiotics that I think I’ll need to get better, but I also kind of felt like she just wanted me out of the room. It was fine. It was efficient, but if she had to be my primary care doctor, I probably wouldn’t keep her because she just didn’t really seem to have the bedside manner. Again, she wasn’t rude or anything. She was just very direct and seemed like she was trying to get me in and out.

This is the second time I have seen Dr. Cox, after being a long time patient of Dr. Sperry. I think those were big shoes to fill, and Dr. Cox is hitting her groove now. She is very knowledgeable, and listens to your concerns.

she actually sits down and looks at you when she is talking to you, she has never appeared rushed, and is very thorough, so nice for a provider to walk in the room and treat you like a person instead of a hindrance.

I know Dr. Cox was the new kid on the block, so it takes a few visits to feel comfortable with a new doctor. Since I just saw her after being in the hospital 24 hrs, I'm more comfortable, I can tell she knows what she's doing & proactive with her recommendations. Since I was going to be seeing a Urologist in a week, she wanted to be cautious & wait & see what happens after that appointment, before she does anything else. Made sense to me.

She doesn’t smile when she comes and seems to have difficulty making eye contact. When I present my issues, she asks me what I want to do. I’m coming for her expert opinion hoping she can make a recommendation. I totally felt like she wondered why I was bothering to make an appointment.
