Unfortunately I Can’t remember my nurse’s name but both she and Rachel made me feel very welcome and gave me great care .

ARNP Rachel Cox-Cangiano is an excellent provider: her professionalism is outstanding and her interaction with me was excellent. Keep up the great work, I am very pleased to have her as one of my providers. And her medical assistant was very caring and enthusiastic. This center is well organized and prompt in getting patients to a room. Receptionist are smiling and welcoming patients. I plan to keep this center as my primary care center for my family and my health care needs. Thanks

Maria got me checked in quickly and with a beautiful smile on her face, she was so sweet and explained my fees. Sue called me back to exam room in record time, and was so professional, and understanding. She helped ease my anxiousness about being at the doctors. Rachel is always a pleasure, this is my second year of having her on my care team, and she is just so knowledgeable and caring. The office also looks great with all the upgrades since last year. Great job team, in providing excellent care and customer service.

It’s a low income area where this clinic is located. I have as hesitant to come here but it was the first appointment availability at the time, I really like Rachel Cox-Cangiano, she answered all my questions as to my needs at 71 years old going forward in life. She’s very nice, thorough and I will return to see her in future. She’s ordered a ultrasound to make sure my fibroids have calcified.

Rachel is a remarkable physician. She listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and offers me solutions that result in improvement of my health. She takes the time to build relationships and trust with her patients. She also makes accommodations for patients that live further away by offering video visits. I can not say enough about how grateful I am to have her as a physician and about how wonderful of a person she is. Rachel is a great asset to Lee Physician Group.

MA WAS GREAT, she’s a keeper. I feel she was outstanding.The Dr. was also Excellent.She spent time, explained everything and truly her nature was very helpful. I appreciate her kindness and helfulness.

I haven’t been to a doctor in years and Dr. Cox sent me at ease made me feel comfortable and was just overall a really really great doctor. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Cox as my gynecologist.

Megan was friendly and made my ultrasound extremely comfortable. Arteshia explained what she was prepping for so I understood what was happening. Rachel has been great at listening and hearing my needs. I don't feel rushed or dismissed at all any time I see her. She is extremely knowledgeable and I recommend my friends and family to her.

Am very pleased and happy to be well informed by Dr.Rachel [ ] she very informative and helpful and takes care of my Gyn [ ] matter she professional, education with all [ ] I have , explained labs and new medications and natural remedies as well. Dr. Cox is an excellent gynecologist and is very knowledgeable and very helpful and very friendly. I trust her implicitly and she and I are able to have open and frank discussions about my health. Risha was very helpful as an assistant. I hope I didn't butcher her name. The desk staff were very helpful and very kind. Overall it was a very trusting and easy experience for me. And I will come back to see Dr. Cox.

I came in as a new patient after reading previous reviews. I was extremely impressed with Dr.R and her staff. She was very attentive, answering all of my questions and going over treatment plans in detail. I am more than happy to have found her.

Mrs. Cox-Cangiano is a wonderful provider. This was my first ever GYN appointment and despite being very nervous, she took her time to explain everything in detail and listened to all my concerns. I appreciate that she lets the patient be involved in their care. She is very professional.

Dr. Cox is excellent, but she did not have the lab results that should have been there, so she was not able to make a diagnosis, and I had to schedule a new appointment. Also the technician who did the [ ] was also very good, but no one told us that she needed to drink water before the test which caused us to have to be there way too long that day.
