Nancy always makes me feel very safe and comfortable. When I started at the Medical Center I was very sick from a botched up bowel resection. I had multiple infections, requiring multiple procedures and surgeries several times a year for about 10 years. During this time I was also taking care of both of my parents without any help from family. Apparently they were busy draining bank accounts and taking loans against the equity of my parents home. During this time our family doctor, that most of my family went to for about 30 years, died suddenly, leaving us without a friend and a doctor. Dr Rosella recommended Fairless Hills Medical Center, and that’s where I met Nancy Covone. Needless to say, I was a physical and mental mess. I think I cried non-stop the first several months after I switched to the Medical Center. Nancy was very caring and concerned, and I acted like a blubbering idiot! She treated me with compassion, and made sure I saw all the different doctors I needed, especially physical therapy and psychologist. I’m telling you all of this because finding Nancy and all the caring staff at the Medical Center was a blessing. After the first couple visits I really felt like they cared about me and understood what I was going through! I lost track of them when they moved their office, and a neighbor told me Nancy was no longer practicing, but I found them!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

As I already mentioned, Nancy was very courteous, respectful, informative, and cheerful. Having to find a new primary after 40 years with the same primary, was quite traumatic for me. But Nancy made me feel comfortable. It was a relief!
