There seemed to be a "Glitch" with the computer system. NP Covone was unable to pull up my "Blood Readings". She told me, at first, she was going to give me "Script" for blood work. I told her I had given blood the week before, at "Quest". Luckily, I had printed out a copy of the results. I had it with me.

I have had to change providers 3 times in the last year due to retirements, moves, etc. My choice of Nancy Covone has turned out to be a terrific change. She is compassionate, understanding, friendly and highly professional. She is a great listener, too. As a female in my late 70's, I no longer fear going to the doctor. Being under her care has been a welcomed experience. Thank you, Nancy!
