Nikki Taylor has empathy. Her very presence shows concern for you. I was a patient of Dr Peter Paul for over 20 years. When we moved I switched to Arbor West. For 2 years I felt my iheath concerns were not being addressed. I I was so happy when I was scheduled for a wellness visits with Nikki. I feel much more confident about my health care since my visit with Nikki Taylor.

Nikki is so kind, compassionate and caring. She knows I am a provider myself, but she still took the time to educate me on my symptoms, medications, possible side effects. More than anything, she was compassionate about my new cancer diagnosis, and I sincerely believe without a doubt her offer "if there is anything we can do for you don't hesitate to let us know." It felt really good.

Excellent conversation concerning my situation and we agreed on how to proceed with treatment. My concerns were addressed and I did not feel rushed in any way. Very professional. Overall a very positive experience.
