Nikki Taylor is really thorough. She makes sure she understands what is going on and makes sure the patient understands the treatment being provided. I always feel heard when seen by her. She takes my concerns seriously and explains everything really well.

I only wish she had told me that the PT practice I suggested going to was not in my insurance network. I don’t expect her to know details of my own situation but it helps if a doctor reminds a patient that outside services may not be in one’s insurance network. That going with IHA Porobility is easy bc they are partner with IHA clinics. But other than that she was great.
