This was one of the best medical appointments I have had in Florida. The staff and Dr. Andres were incredible both in care and medical knowledge. Dr. Andres has an ability to truly listen to the patient, absorb the information and show concern as well as the best way to move forward with treatment. I am thrilled to be a patient at Baptist and know that I am in a good place for care in the future. Thank you!

Dr. Andres is remarkable, she listens to my mom's concerns and mine. Many times, doctors do not consider elderly patients care invisible. for the first time she is being heard and seen.

I have been a patient of Baptist Heart for over 20 years as a satisfied patient dealing with cardiomyopathy, heart caths, ablation and afib. My cardiologist is fairly new but I am very satisfied; she and her group listen.

My elderly father is the patient. Both he and I like [last name] and Dr. Andres. They are consummate professionals and they’re very kind and spend as much time with him as he needs. We try not to monopolize their time, but I can tell you that we never feel rushed by one of those ladies. Very professional and nice to work with.

I am a SCI patient and saw Dr. C Andres for the first time, after researching many doctors. I was so impressed with her compassion and time spent with me. I felt she truly listened to all my concerns, answered my questions, and gave me advice that was conducive to my health needs. The nurse that checked me in for Dr. Andres, her name may of been Alycie, however she was so friendly, apologetic for my wait and listened to what I needed during my visit.

Dr, Andres is an amazing doctor. She is patient with my mom; she is aware of my mom's Alzheimer's/Dementia and keeps the conversation simple so that she understands what is being said and does not get frustrated. She always follows through. Listens to moms concerns and if warranted takes the necessary action

The therapists discuss changes from visit to visit to choose the best plan for the day and for any changes to home exercises. They have a tremendous variety of types of equipment to choose from to enhance the exercise plans to the benefit of the client.
