I truly have a tremendous amount of faith in Dr. Cunningham. I have not used the other providers as they are not doctors. I am so happy for Dr.Cunningham that she is expecting a baby this summer. I 100%support her taking off as much time as she needs to bond with her baby and support the rest of her family. That being said, I find it disgraceful that Hackensack Meridian Health will not be staffing the practice with a doctor in her absence. By no means is a Nurse Practitioner a replacement for a doctor. I know corporations like to think they are but no health professional replaces a doctor. This is not acceptable in my opinion. In fact not only is it unacceptable it is a disgrace it is a disgrace to all of Dr. Cunningham’s patients.

It was a very good expert. The tech was professional but friendly, and very knowledgeable about her job and what we needed for good results. I’ve had many mammograms and this was by far the mos comfortable.

It's nice to finally have a doctor that listens to what you have to say and gives back a genuine answer. And if she doesn't know, she says so. She says so. It's just nice to have someone listen to you, your concerns, and have an answer for you. And if she doesn't, she's willing to say that she doesn't.

Dr. Cunningham was friendly and pleasant. She listen to my concerns and was thorough with an explanation. She Spent time reviewing my symptoms and advised me what to do about my cough. Dr. Cunningham is approachable and has a calm demeanor. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Well, I think you can most improve by texting us to remind us about the time and the date of our appointment. And also, when we make an appointment, I don't want a third party. I'd like to speak to a person in that office. Because here is an example. I made an appointment for my yearly checkup. They made it an hour before I was due to come to you on my way. They called me to cancel it. because it wasn't a year out, my insurance would not pay. They should already know that in the computer. So I was very annoyed at that. So that's how you can improve. Text us when we have an appointment like everyone else does. And also we want to call the office, the front office to make an appointment to those women in the front office. I don't want a third party. So that would make me want to go somewhere else.
