Dr. Cottrell is a very personal, caring physician who looks at the "whole" of me, even checking my complete medical chart for test results from other physicians. I only hope and pray that St. Francis does not "boot her out" like 2 of my other physicians were! Dr./Patient relationships are necessary for excellent care.

I loved the doctor. Very friendly, she talked to me on my level and made sure I under stood the procedures.

Doctor seemed friendly enough but felt like she was dismissive towards my issue, she did the usual quick observations and had them noted but didn't comment about what she thought about the CT scan of my neck that was taken at emergency or X-rays from chiropractor, She didn't say she looked at them at all.

Dr. Cottrell is an excellent specialist. Will try all noninvasive procedures to resolve issues prior to invasive procedures.

She has treated both my wife and myself for several years and I know her to be straight forward and understanding. She listens carefully to our needs and concerns and the acts efficiently on them. Sometimes it is additional treatment or other times it requires a referral to another specialist. I so much appreciate her honesty and ability to solve our heath concerns.
