Emily explained everything in a great fashion.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I like Emily. She’s willing to talk to me about normal medical procedures and answering questions about alternative medical directions.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t know. Out of all the doctors that I see Emily shows me the most concern. I feel like she cares about my health

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Emily saved my life with the information she gave me and how she explained and showed me on the CT. She repeated it a couple of times so i could see and understand the CT. She gave me a quick lesson on how to read it. I need direct facts and honesty and she always is. I GET it now and have already started making life style changes. I don't know how to thank her enough. I walked out of the ER with out any information. Emily explained it to me so i can fix it. She doesn't give me blank looks when I maybe asking a silly question like my past couple of GPs have. My only disappointment is that she can't be my go to for all of my health care.

Emily is amazing. She discusses my issues and always has suggestions on how to handle my breathing and mobility issues. She is a pleasure to work with.

Emily brought my husband in his wheelchair down to my car, helped me put him in and put the wheelchair in the back of my suv because it's very difficult for me. I think this was above and beyond.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Oh my gosh, I am always treated with respect and courtesy from the staff. I have been seeing Emily for some years now and I’ve never felt neglected or disrespected. I’ve always felt welcomed and belonged by the staff and Emily. I’ve felt cared for and that I matter to each and every staff member that I’ve come in contact with. I think of the offices I’ve been to, this is the far best.

Nothing. Everything was awesome!!

Emily was informative, knowledgeable, courteous and she took the time to explain everything to me so I would completely understand. I feel that she will do what it takes to see me stay healthy. I was very impressed with Emily.

Emily was wonderful. She's a great listener, and explains everything very well. Most importantly to me, she spent as much time as I needed with her, and did not appear rushed to get to another appt.

Yes very much so… Emily is excellent to deal with. She had great humor. She does communicate very well with her patiens ,made me feel very relaxed comfortable and I would most definitely see Emily again.. both her and the doctor are excellent medical providers. I wished that a many other doctors that I have come in contact with had their skills and personalities..
