Emily was the person that saw me that day, and she was very professional, very informative, and I really was happy to meet her. (first time I got to see her, for appointment)

Emily is extraordinary NP. She was very thorough! She sat with me and discussed all my issues and explained everything extremely well. She made me feel like I was her only patient and her only concern at the time. She made sure all my medical issues were addressed and asked "what else can I do for you". Emily is a very good NP and the best I've ever been cared for by. I would recommend anyone with pulmonary issues to see Emily.

Emily is the most compassionate, friendly, most awesome NP. I've ever had. She knows I don't have college education but still treats me like a friend. So professional, knows when to explain something- it's like she can read my mind. I wish I could see her for all my visits. When I leave the appointment I truly feel better about life and myself. She's that good. I've had a few NP's that treat me like a idiot because of my weight and southern accent but not her. I actually look forward to going to see her.

I just love Emily, she is the best at explaining your condition and helping you to get the best care. I appreciate her very much.

Emily is the absolute BEST. She goes above and beyond to try to figure me out (lol). Without her guidance I would not be alive today.

Emily is amazing she has caught two times when another doctor has missed some thing in my condition. Them missing has caused me harm Emily had a plan that pulled me out of it.

Emily is and always has been an excellent provider and her staff is excellent too. Ever since I’ve seen Emily, I haven’t had any issues and everything that I’ve requested or had questions on has been answered or immediately taken care of.

I believe I received excellent care. All staff were pleasant and efficient. Ms. Cottrell is incredible. Not only did she make me feel very comfortable but was fully briefed about my medical conditions and status of most recent tests. She happily spent time to answer my questions and involved me in deciding future tests and office visits.

Emily Catrell took the time to explain everything that was going on with my lungs and what I should do next. She made me feel comfortable and that she was very knowledgeable.
