First time I saw Emily she was very nice. Talked to me about my problems and listen to me before gaving advice. I felt very confident with her and the care she gave me. I have not one thing negative to say about my appointment.

Emily is one of the best providers I've ever seen. She went out of her way, after hours and saved my life. If all providers were as caring and knowledgeable as she we all would be healthier. Difficult to not love her like family.

This was my first meeting with Emily C., NP. She provided an introduction of her joining the BJC Medical Group Pulmonary office. She spent time in reviewing my health conditions and current treatments. Emily reviewed my most recent CAT scan to explain the findings. She suggested revising the timing of future appointments in order to align future tests with scheduled office visits. I found Emily to be very professional and still personable in her communications.

Ms. Contrell was outstanding!! Friendly, knowledgeable, took time to listen and answer all questions. Explained my results in great detail and gave me a deeper understanding of my condition, what to expect, and how I can help manage my health better. Highly recommend her services. Was wonderful. Would love to see her again in the future.

Emily Cottrell was excellent. She actually listened to what I had to say about my body. She provided excellent information as to the test results for me. She wasn't afraid to suggest to me possibly seeing an allergist because of the symptoms I have.
