Kristene was friendly and professional at the same time. I was very impressed with her knowledge of my situation and the care she extended when the results were going to come in. She responded almost immediately when the results came in and I was grateful to hear from her.

No, the woman I seen did not help me at all. She was also had a sarcastic rude attitude and was not kind to me at all when I was in need of help and felt horrible. I finally went to a different clinic and got the help I needed regarding being pregnant or not. She was just didn’t care about me, also didn’t even knock when she came in the room.

The staff was friendly, polite, professional and kept us informed. Dr Costello provided excellent service, provided follow-up care instruction. The whole process was so good - if I need medical treatment again, this facility will be first on my list to request medical care.

Dr. Kristine is PHENOMENAL. I came in frustrated, flustered, she embarrassed. Through her care, I felt empowered, heard, and validated. I cold never write enough wonderful things about her! She truly is a rare gem of a provider.

The care that I receive at BJC convenient care is the best that I have ever experienced. It is 5 minutes from my house and I never have to wait for an appt. The staff is always friendly and professional and they make me feel at home. I can't say enough good things about this facility. I will never go anywhere else for medical care. Thank you so much!!!!

Kristine was very friendly, explained everything, asked me questions and set up a plan. She even told us to hurry to Walmart because they close the pharmacy at 7:00pm! So glad she did! She was very professional , informative,very kind and friendly.
