No, the NP was extremely rude, rushed, and not understanding to someone who isnt a doctor/nurse.

Kristine was excellent! She had my interest and health very important. Went beyond to make sure I got an appointment with my primary care doctor.

NP gave me the worst medical treatment I have ever received by a healthcare provider. She was extremely rude, rushed and just unpleasant.

I feel like everything was rushed, the NP brought me back and did the testing then the RN came in and finished the vitals. after that the np just came back in and told me the flu test was negative and just went right into charting I wasn’t even sure she was the np until I asked and clarified what was going on

Kristine was good. Looks like she accurately diagnosed my pain. After 5 days of prednisone I am recovering nicely.

First time being there. I certainly was impressed with the inside of the Urgent Care and with the doctor and nurse. They were very peasant and personal.

Christine Costello NP was exceptional. Nurse practitioner took time to listen to some of my issues that no one else has been addressing. She was efficient and got me in and out, but didn't seem rushed or in a hurry to leave. I'm an old nurse so I know a little about all this. This was my first trip to this urgent care and I will highly recommend it to others.

The NP that saw me was extremely rude and made me feel as I was inconveniencing her by being there. Worst experience receiving medical care in my life.

Ms. Costello was exceptional. Relatable, patient, took the extra steps to do what she could for me in the office. She eased my mind, and gave clear direction for next steps. Much appreciated with such minimal time to spare as a working mom! The entire staff was friendly and working quickly during a stressful holiday time.

She did an excellent job of listening to my symptoms and promptly testing. When all the tests were negative she had me go to the emergency room for more thorough testing. Ended up being admitted to the hospital. I appreciate the excellent and prompt care I received.
