Everything was wonderful. The staff was congenial, knowledgeable, and caring. I always enjoy going to the facility.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Felt like the NP that seen me couldn’t stop on the computer long enough to even talk to me. I tried to talk to her about the medication and it went in one ear and out the other. Wouldn’t even look at me. Just kept typing and then said I sent you in a script. Walked out the room.

No, the NP was extremely rude, rushed, and not understanding to someone who isnt a doctor/nurse.
