The treatment plan was based on my abilities. I was dutiful about performing the exercises at home. At the facility in Punta Gorda I was especially impressed with Lisa’s attention to my specific weaknesses. She fine tuned treatment to fit my needs. I can’t say enough about her professional approach. I made progress in many areas! If I have another surgery and need therapy, I will definitely return and request her. I will stay with my exercises at home in order to continue to improve.

Therapist's are amazing and staff. Feel very welcomed and cared about. Very professional and knowledgeable.
My only concern is- when I'm the 3rd patient in the therapy room and the other 2 patients are holding a conversation with each other the whole time I'm also trying to do my exercises. I'm in so much pain and the exercises can hurt, and hurt-good! Either way I think if you put a quiet free zoom. Sign up in the therapy room
So you don't actually have to say anything to hurt people feelings but. I love my therapist and it's not his fault. Or maybe I just schedule myself at a different time. I know you can't make people be quiet lol but maybe remind them nicely somehow that some people are in pain so please respect the atmosphere.

Thank you Cora Punta Gorda! I am very happy with my progress concerning my lower back and neck issues. My flexibility and muscle strength continue to improve and my goal of staying a step ahead of potential problems are well within reach!
I needed help to get to this point and I am very grateful all your expertise.
