I’ve been getting PT from CORA in Winter Haven for different issues for 5 years. Every therapist I have seen is courteous, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Also, I downloaded the MedBridge GO app. This is fantastic. Now that I am discharged and if the issues reappear, I can go to this app and do the in home exercises that will help with my issues. Great addition! Thank you.

My therapist were kind and courteous and she always has my best well-being and whenever I complain about a problem she's right there to help me straighten it out and she has given me the gold to get back to where I need to be

Every therapist that worked with me are awesome. Each individual had their special approach to help target the areas I am having issues with.

I mainly worked with Cheryl who did a wonderful job helping me. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. She was ready to compliment when my movements improved. Her hands-on work did wonders to relieve the pain. Very pleasant personality. She is a keeper!

Physical therapist are wonderful. They listen and work around your strengths and weaknesses. Front desk could use some work especially since she is the first person you see. Not polite at all seems like she wants to be anywhere else but there

They are very nice. They are patient with me. I sometimes say things all wrong and it comes out grumpy, however they treated me kindly anyway.

All of the Staff is very helpful. From the front desk staff to the PT's and PTA's. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of you.
This is my 3rd time with Cora in less than a year. Each for different reasons. I know without a doubt they will get me back to where I need to be. I will highly recommend Cora to anyone in need of PT.

With the exception of one therapist that I requested not to have, I found all the others to be professional and knowledgeable. I do wish it was possible to have therapy with the same person instead of a constant rotation. However, I imagine that would be difficult with so many patients and times.

Everyone was so friendly and encouraging. My treatments were always on time. The therapist never left me waiting. She managed to work with me as well as others, coordinating our treatments time-wise flawlessly. Most of my sessions were with Lorraine, but I was also cared for once each by Alex and Cass, who also were right on the ball. I’m expecting to have the other knee done soon, and I will definitely be coming back to CORA for my PT.

The staff here is more than happy to go out of their way to provide you with the care that you need. There is always someone checking on you and they LISTEN TO YOU! They will push you but only to what you are physically able to do, if you say if hurts or it is uncomfortable they will find a different way to get you to perform the necessary action to help heal you.

About 2 years ago I was at your winter Haven location, great experience . I moved to Riverview and needed therapy again so I went to the Riverview location. Not a very good experience, mainly due to the front desk staff..Not very helpful, under staffed, and not very well versed in Insurance. The therapists were great, but really very little equipment compared to Winter Haven. So Now I drive 1 1/2 hours back to Winter Haven.All good now! Denise Overclock & her staff does a excellent job. Thanks

I had a great experience at Cora with everyone I've encountered, the therapist take there time with their clients and help in everyway possible, if I need to come back for any reason I will be there in a heartbeat.
