Every session was thoughtfully structured, challenging in the right ways, and somehow even fun — something I never expected to say about rehab.
I came in recovering from a rotator cuff injury, and thanks to CORA’s strategic progression of targeted mobility work, strength-building protocols, and manual therapy, I recovered faster and stronger than I ever imagined possible. The therapists were always attuned to how my body was responding and adjusted the plan with precision and care.
A special shoutout to their use of dry needling, which we incorporated during my rehab to address persistent neck discomfort and tingling. What had been a lingering, frustrating issue was resolved more effectively than I ever thought possible. The results were nothing short of remarkable — it completely eliminated the problem and allowed me to train and move again without hesitation.

The facility in st. Augustine was superb. Very patient oriented and they went out of their way to help. The facility in West Palm was only so so. The front desk didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the therapist changed every time I went. I was there 6 times and only had the same therapist twice.

I came to CORA for severe cervical instability which created loss of mobility and pain. Twice a week visits for 8 weeks helped strengthen the muscles and mobility returned to normal. I appreciate the professional, kind and compassionate therapists who helped me with this injury.
