Overall a very good experience. Everyone is very personable and friendly. They take the time to listen to you and move at your own pace but still push you to help you improve. They seem to be very knowledgeable and professional. The only thing I would like to see them incorporate moist heat at the beginning and very cold almost like ice pack towels at the end.

Staff are so sweet, thoughtful and caring. And they are great with kids! They make visits fun for everyone. Also, Melissa is wonderful at the desk! Love them

They were able to help me with my back pain and get it to completely stop and help me figure out some exercises I can do after I stoped going. Everyone there is very nice and helpful and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend going here if you are in need of physical therapy.

The high degree of capability and competence is comforting and encouraging. While thoroughly professional, the therapists are engaged with the clients and have a good sense of humor. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed making the work less stressful.

After my 3rd session I was able to walk without a limp it pain for the first time in months. They are also educating me so I can make changes to my daily habits to reduce pain in the future

Always trying new thing's to help with flexibility, ROM, and strength. They don't see many injuries like mine. So, we trial and error it, and do what works, without causing additional pain.

The biggest issue I see is they don’t provide heat or ice. I’ve been to a lot of different PT locations, and all usually offer heat before workouts and end with ice afterwards. Cora does not do either. They tell you to make sure and ice when the workouts are done, but if you’re not somewhere where you have that option, you’re out of luck. It’s a billable service, so I don’t see why it’s not offered. The therapy seems to be good, but amenities are lacking.

PT Andrew, & the blond lady at the service desk. Both very nice and friendly. Andrew went through extra steps to help me through all I needed for home PT until I see him again. He treated me like a person and not a number. He was very informative and very helpful and hopeful.

The experience has been very pleasant. The PTA’s are so of the kindest people I have ever seen in this field. The care and compassion they show to all patients is simply remarkable. Also the receptionist/secretary is such a nice and friendly person. She creates a nice calming atmosphere upon entry. Super sweet!
