I was evaluated by one therapist, Will, who was thorough and accurate. He was not avaliable next session, and a young woman was assigned to me. Not so great experience with her! She did not appear to see any of the recommendations and put me through exercises not based on any of my needs. I then scheduled with Jacob for the remainder of my sessions. He went above and beyond to help me work at my level and capabilities. Excellent from then on!

I had a lot of input toward my treatment goals. I worked primarily with Grace and Will. Both of them worked with me 3 days a week and were instrumental in helping me heal from my knee replacement surgery and gain my strength back. I learned a great deal from their knowledge and skills which helped me be a participant in my healing. The admin staff were also outstanding with great customer service. I couldn’t be happier with the care and support I received.

I uased three different PTs and they were all very knowledgeable, professionals who were also very personable and enjoyable to work with. Scheduling was also easy and my appointments began on time always.

Each therapist was good and helpful. However, having never done PT before, it would have been helpful to get an overview of how it would work with multiple clients going at once.

My physical therapists were very good with providing a variety of different exercises to assist me in my recovery...which is still ongoing...so, my therapy continues. I would also like to express appreciation for their helpful suggestions that complement my therapy, such as the purchase of compression socks to help reduce swelling.
