Easy check in. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Easy interaction with PTs & PTAs. Would be nice if could work with same therapist each visit.

My therapy is kind of embarrassing for me. My therapist Kim is the nicest, kindest person I could ask for and I am already improving. She makes me feel relaxed an not embarrassed. I’m thankful for her.

Never thought it would do any good but I noticed a difference after first time. I do my exercises every day, never thought I would. Big difference overall.

I am always greeted with friendly faces at the front desk as well as any of the therapists I have seen so far. I had thought that Bryan Musslewhite (Mussleman) had left, so it was GREAT to see him there today. Now, Victoria is the BEST, she knows how to set me up on the machine (I joke with them and call it the torture chamber), but it is the BEST so far to stretch my neck out, and I always end my session on it!!! Thank you, Victoria, and all at CORA, for relieving me from my
bulging discs and for the front desk for always being too kind and friendly in the early hours of the day or end, doesn't matter, they are always kind, and with a great smile!!! Looking forward to my next session!

ENJOYED WORKING WITH ALL THE THERAPIST. ALTHOUGH SOME EXERCISES WERE HELPFUL, OTHERS THAT OFFERED A LITTLE MORE PAIN AND CONSTANCY WERE THE ONES THAT MADE THE KNEE HAPPIER THE NEXT DAY AS WERE AT THE DOUBLE RAIL AREA. SOME SURROUNDINGS WERE SOMETIMES CONGESTED BUT GAVE OPPORTUNITY TO CONVERSE WITH OTHER PATIENTS SUCH AS AROUND THE STAIRS AREA. I AM HARD OF HEARING AND THE THERAPIST IN A KIND MANNER RESTATED WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG. YOU HAVE A NICE GROUP THANKS FOR THE HELP,

The staff was knowledgeable, competent and pleasant. The equipment was kept clean and serviceable. The staff always made sure your technique was correct. All in all the experience was what you would expect from a well run program.

Toya was my physical therapist. She was very knowledgeable in her job. She worked on the pain in my left arm, shoulder and neck. She taught me some exercises to ease my pain. She was on her feet the whole time I was there making sure I did the therapy right . The office staff were very nice too

I enjoyed working with all of the 5 therapists that were assigned to me and both receptionists who helped me make appointments. I had immediate relief and more flexibility from the very first day for my frozen shoulder discomfort due to the great exercises they suggested for me.

Joey is great! The receptionists are very nice and accommodating. I do have a question though. Are machines supposed to be wiped down between pts? I am a nurse and just wonder if this is present practice. Thanks.

The experience was the best physical therapy experience I ever had! They listened to what I needed and addressed my needs with the appropriate measures. I had a couple of therapists who were very competent while some were adequate. I would have preferred to have had the same therapist throughout my treatment, namely Ricardo. He was very focused on the treatment plan and also listened to my input as well as interested in getting to know me as a client. That made me actually look forward to going to treatment as well as being able to relax while receiving the treatment. Ricardo is a young man who puts the client's needs both physically and personally as his priority. Not one who's priority is to get through as quickly as possible and send you on your way. I will always remember Ricardo as an example of a great person and who is interested in serving others well.

Terrific care by an excellent team! I highly recommend this CORA location at 6130 US Highway 27 North! Don't be put off by the outside and inside appearance as both are a little "tired". The staff is excellent and that is what really matters. Ricardo, Joey and Brandi were my therapists. My heartfelt thanks to them for everything!
