Started the Cora adventure using a cane to walk. Could only walk a short distance because of exhaustion. With the help of the team at the end of the treatment I was off the cane and able to take care of daily chores and shopping to keep me self sufficient in my house. Hope to continue through the wellness program offered by Cora.

The therapists were able to calm me down while my back was spasming and explain what's happening to me. The doctors I have seen have not been much help in understanding what's going on or starting a healing process.

Very clean facility and all employees are friendly and polite. However the pool therapy should have helped however I was not told how high the steps to pool are. Therefore when Zi stepped in I pulled my left side. I’m sure with therapy it will heal. Just a reminder to tell others.

The physical therapist, really know their job, very helpful and always asking if the treatment is hurting or if am alright with the weight of the therapy. Good clean place. I wish that they would wipe down all the mechanics and bench with disinfectant wipe most of them do wipe down, but there’s some I noticed didn’t wipe down everything that was used.
