Have only recently started. Impressed with staff and therapy. I was feeling very weak and nauseaus at last session so asked to leave session early. Feeling better now. Still have pain in left knee especiallly when doing exercises.

My recovery from shoulder surgery was going very slowly with my PCM. After my referral to Cora I was doing customized therapy on my first appointment one on one with a therapist. At my PCM there were 10-20 patients to one therapist and the therapy was generalized. The specific treatment at Cora has helped me regain confidence in the use of my shoulder and arm and the progression since starting at Cora has been way faster than expected.

All of the therapist have one thing on their mind and that is to improve my health my ability to walk alone and to help me.
Sometimes it's really hard but I dig deep through it the best I can and I always feel better on the other side. I thank the therapist very much for their kindness, patience and their belief that I can do what they asked me to do.
