I was unsure about the Tele-Health program to begin with. However, after participating in it, I really liked the program and directly benefitted from its structure and routine. I appreciated the timed workout events with the instructional video on how to correctly perform the exercise. The one-on-one (video) face-to-face two times a week helped keep me on track and able to adjust my therapy exercises as needed to achieve the needed outcome so I was able to return to work as soon as possible.

All I can say it was kinda a struggle for me at first until I feel coming thru and still trying to accomplish my goal that get more active to my legs as I need to work on . I'll come back to another after my moving to Christiansburg, Virginia thank you

Administrative Assistant/Office Mgr was great! Worked with me on getting appts to suit my schedule. She was very kind and genuine. The PT's I worked with were both terrific! They listened to me and gave me exercises/therapy to work with my situation, my pain and stressors. This place has been wonderful. I am truly impressed and will tell my friends!

I had a complete r knee replacement. Out patient Therapy at your facility in Radford has been quite pleasant, the staff has been effective and reassuring.
My belief in physical therapy is to do more effort wise than what is expected. I joke about no pain no gain. I do not look for pain. Pain sucks. Sometimes I find “devices” to accompany the exercise that will allow more stretching. This method receives more progress a bit quicker. Pain is there, but I don’t allow the level to approach level 10 (which I describe as unconsciousness).
Thank you for giving me the additional exercises to complete my recovery.
