Kaiia was great! She followed the guidelines the Doctor’s office sent over and increased my exercises as she saw me improve. Communication was great, she asked what I wanted to work on. Thank you Kaia!

I had difficulty walking for a year after I hurt my hip and leg. I had MRI's, cortisone shots, chiropractor visits and acupuncture treatments and got some relief, but still had a lot of pain at times and difficulty sleeping. I asked my primary care Dr. for a PT script and she sent me to CORA. At my 3rd session Hannah realized my right leg was shorter than my left and my next visit she had Allen examine me to see if he felt the same. He said my pelvis was twisted and he adjusted me and within minutes I was so much better. Each visit to Hannah I improved and now am able to walk everywhere, do steps and sleep!!! Thank you to your great staff for finding my problem and correcting it!!😊

Kaia is an exceptional occupational therapist. All the exercises were tailored towards my successful recovery from right carpal tunnel surgery. I've regained strength and flexibility and the numbness and tingling are subsiding. It was interesting to see the difference each week in my hands journey from surgery to full use.

There should be one more slot for excellent as that. is what I would classify the staff I worked with. knowledgable, encouraging , and personable ..all making time goes by fast and making me feel as though I made the right decision, confident the this is where I should be.

Kaiya is not only extremely knowledgeable about her job, but she also has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and understood. She takes her time to explain everything clearly and always encourages you through each step of therapy. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care make such a difference. I truly appreciate all she’s done to help me on my recovery journey.
I thank her so much. I'm having two more surgeries, and I wouldn't want anyone else but her.

Heidi and the rest of the team have been very professional and friendly so far on each of my visits. They always explain the reason for each workout. I just started the program for my injuries and feel good about coming to Cora then I did going to the chiropractor.

Kaia was so committed to helping me heal and regain full function after my shoulder injury. I felt like she really cared and took the time to focus on my wellbeing. Even though my insurance will not cover more visits, I am going to start the fitness program at Cora so that I can continue to work with Kaia on getting to a full recovery. I liked the communal workout space and the sense of community while healing. I always enjoyed coming to my appointments even when there was hard work to do. I felt like the front office staff were very helpful and caring and I appreciated the warm greeting!

It.is hard work and I am sore and my left hand and left arm and legs and thigh are hot but I know I will get better. I like that the PT people really listen and come up with good exercises and therapy for my left side. Thank you so much!

I’ve only been twice. The first time I hurt for a week after from same problem. I just think the therapist thought I could do more than I could. Next visit she toned down the exercises & I’m not as sore
