every session I had there he'lped me to achieve my goals and taught me how to progress at home with exercise to diminish pain and become more mobile. Dr. Ana and Katerina and Daisa were very professional and understanding of my problem and I am grateful that I had experienced their knowledge of exercise.

Katherine is wonderful! She makes it fun. I just played with a container of rice for ten or fifteen minutes, I'm not sure i lost track of time. She said I was to find 25 marbles, ( I found 23) I think she was messing with me; regardless my hand felt great afterwards. She is a keeper!
