The Stagg is amazing and they actually care. Roland has a great personality and he is knowledgeable. He makes sure you are actually working towards getting healthier. The atmosphere is great and fun.

I’m currently going through physical therapy to heal a torn IT band and return to running, and I’ve been working with Roland. Even though I’ve only had a few appointments so far, I’m already feeling a real difference.
What I appreciate most is Roland’s transparency—he takes the time to explain everything, answers all my questions, and helps me understand each step of the process. I’ve learned so much in just a short time, and the exercises and stretching routines have made a noticeable impact.
Roland is incredibly patient and encouraging, which has helped me feel more secure in my recovery. He’s made me believe that I can overcome this injury and get back to doing what I love. And on top of that, his sense of humor makes every session a little brighter.
I’m really grateful to be working with someone who not only knows his stuff but also makes the journey feel manageable and positive.

I ended up getting sick when my blood sugar suddenly dropped to 53. The physical therapist, Ms. Diane, was very attentive and supportive—I truly appreciate everything she did for me. She’s honestly wonderful.

The staff is friendly, the therapists are nice, some don't know some of the body functions like the shoulder. They work with you to help you achieve your goal.
