Tracy was exceptionally wonderful and extremely helpful. She really knows how to keep that place together and running smoothly. The staff knows their stuff. This is my fourth time there and every single time. It’s always a wonderful experience and 100% satisfactory you guys are the best!

The entire experience has been very positive. From the initial phone call with Tracey to my physical therapist Kelsey, I have been very happy. The initial phone call with Tracey was very calming. She was very pleasant and soothing. Kelsey, my physical therapist, takes her time with me and answers all my questions. I never feel that any of my questions are foolish and I appreciate her for that.

From the moment you walk into Cora there is someone to greet you, even the other patients say hello, indicating a friendly atmosphere. The therapist always comes up front to meet me and walk with me over to the OT location. She asks how I am, how I have been feeling and questions how my hand is doing and if it is getting better. Caroline is a warm and friendly young lady, very professional and informative.

Kelsey was a fantastic physical therapist! She was very kind and very easy to work with. I went from barely being able to walk in late November to being able to run 3 miles by mid January. The front desk staff, especially Tracy, was also very kind and helpful.
